А вот схемы получения ВНЖ для финансово независимых граждан и цифровых кочевников – работают. О программе
Закон, регламентирующий переезд и проживание цифровых кочевников в Греции, был принят в сентябре 2021 года. Но до марта 2022-го о нём мало говорили. Отчасти из-за пандемии, но в первую очередь потому, что никто всерьёз не оценивал его реальность. Для заявителей более интересными были другие иммиграционные программы Греции. Сейчас всё изменилось.
Базовые требования к доходу
Претендовать на получение ВНЖ в Греции по этой программе может заявитель, способный подтвердить свой ежемесячный доход €3,5 тыс. за последний год. Если одновременно вид на жительство хочет получить супруг или супруга, сумма увеличивается на 20%, для каждого из детей – ещё на 15%. (Родителей включить в заявку нельзя.)
Получается, что семья из четырёх человек должна подтвердить ежемесячный доход в €5,25 тыс. Но наш опыт показывает, что греческие власти готовы рассматривать обращения с чуть меньшей суммой.
Также заявитель должен представить выписку из банка, действующий трудовой договор и договор аренды. Первоначально такой ВНЖ выдаётся на два года.

Выписка из банка
Первое. НЕВАЖНО, банк какой страны предоставит эту справку, принимаются документы даже от организаций, находящихся под санкциями. Главное – на счету заявителя должна находиться сумма, достаточная, по мнению властей, для годового проживания в Греции. Оптимальный вариант – €5 тыс., умноженные на 12, то есть около €60 тыс.
Второй момент: важно, чтобы в предыдущие месяцы по счёту проходили какие-то операции. Необязательно связанные с ежемесячным получением дохода.
Трудовой договор и его альтернативы
Статус цифрового кочевника не определяет конкретный список профессий. Главное, чтобы заявитель мог трудиться удалённо. Маркетинг, образование, журналистика, программирование, разумеется, – под закон подпадает любая деятельность, которая ведётся онлайн и не требует физического присутствия в офисе.
Трудовой договор, представляемый заявителем, должен быть бессрочным – иначе может возникнуть несоответствие сроков контракта и ВНЖ. Важно, чтобы из документа явно следовало, что сотрудник не привязан к конкретному месту. На эти пункты проверяющие точно обратят внимание. Но самое ценное, что жёстких перекрёстных проверок финансовой части договора власти Греции не проводят.
Документ изначально может быть на русском языке, перевод на греческий делается на месте. Договор на английском вообще не требует перевода. Если на ВНЖ претендует собственник компании, он вместе с заявлением подаёт учредительные документы.

Для получения ВНЖ нужен действующий договор аренды. В каком-то смысле это формальность. Никто не запрещает расторгнуть соглашение после получения ВНЖ – и жить в другом месте. Другое дело, что будущие расходы на проживание всё равно нужно учитывать.
Но я сейчас описываю форс-мажорную ситуацию: например, вы хотите оформить документ, а пока живёте в гостинице. Мы поможем быстро подобрать вариант под аренду.
Где, как и кому передаются документы для оформления ВНЖ
Вид на жительство для цифровых кочевников оформляются только в Министерстве миграции Греции в Афинах. Как видите, список необходимых документов невелик, их можно подготовить заранее. Другое дело, что при оформлении документов и подаче заявки есть некоторые нюансы. Все эти вопросы решает адвокат.
В Грецию заявитель приезжает по любой шенгенской визе, они по-прежнему выдаются. При проверке важна лишь отметка в паспорте, что граница пересечена легально, и на момент подачи документов срок пребывания заявителя в стране не должен превышать 90 дней. При получении ВНЖ сдаются биометрические данные и отпечатки пальцев.

Благодаря этому документу мы даже разблокировали банковский счёт для одного из клиентов. Ведь у многих собственников недвижимости, не имеющих «золотой визы», с этим сегодня возникают проблемы. ВНЖ цифрового кочевника их решает.
В Греции по-прежнему есть программа для финансово независимых лиц, и там требуемые суммы даже немного меньше…
Верно, и эта программа тоже работает, причём ВНЖ по ней также могут получить граждане любой страны. Просто греческие власти сейчас не слишком охотно занимаются оформлением такого резидентства – особенно если обращение идёт от россиян или белорусов.
Логика их такая: обеспеченный человек с непонятным прошлым с политической точки зрения фигура намного более «токсичная», чем заявитель с понятным настоящим. Цифровой кочевник – онлайн-специалист – безопасен и ценен для развития страны.
